Terms and Conditions

All sales are final. If you can't use the tickets you have purchased, we can relist them for others to buy. We will retain a 25% restocking fee, which is only paid if tickets are resold. If tickets do not resell, there is no additional fee.

Tickets are sold and transferred via the organization's platforms; all policies from that organization apply. The BEST TIX is only a ticket reseller, and has no authority over any policies at Busch Stadium, Enterprise Center, or elsewhere.
